The Book Fair will be held at the Stade Hall, Hastings, on Saturday 1 September and will open to the public, entry free of charge, from 10am to 4pm (with set-up time either side). The Hall is next door to Jerwood Gallery where the LitFest is running workshops on the same day.

Venue floor plan and other information can be downloaded here as a PDF. There will be LitFest Volunteers in attendance throughout the day to provide assistance.

Exhibitors may be: individual authors (traditionally or self-published); writers’ groups sharing a display for their collective works; or booksellers. If you wish to sell or promote any other goods or services of interest to writers (eg stationery, courses, proof-reading/editing, non-fiction titles and guides, secondhand or antiquarian items) please state this clearly at time of reserving your space.

Tables/spaces will be either 6′ x 3′ or 6′ x 2’3″, dependent on availability and Tables or Half-tables will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Prices: Half-table: £10, Table: £20.

Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery of books/goods to the venue; for setting up and removing their displays within the appointed times; and for the sale of their own merchandise.
